Mint Syrup

Perfect to add to your iced tea, or a refreshing Mint Julep.
Ingredients: Simple syrup, bourbon, mint leaves
Simple Syrup: 2 cups mint leaves, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water
Place water sugar and slightly crushed mint leaves in a pot.
Heat until sugar dissolves. Strain.Pour 1 oz. of this mixture (simple syrup) in a zombie glass or silver goblet.Fill with crushed ice, stir until ice dissolves some, add crushed ice and bourbon to top of glass.Stir until frosty.Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
